Information Request
- We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or information about seminars) Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict “No-Spam” policy that means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.

- Whenever you link your email with Kit19 manually in order to read and/or write mails to your contacts from within Kit19, we collect information you filled in the fields From, To, CC, Subject, Thread ID, Message ID and Label ID. We will create a copy of the email thread in the inbox of all your team members. If any team member access is revoked by you, we will delete the created email from the corresponding team member's inbox. We will never delete the original email which was linked to Kit19 originally.
- In order to enhance productivity, you may want to connect your gmail account with Kit19 to be able to view and send mails from within our application using your gmail account. If you connect your Gmail account with Kit19, we shall some information required to fetch and send mails on your behalf. This information is strictly used only for this purpose. If you wish to remove or disconnect your gmail account from Kit19, all the information reagrding connecting your gmail account, the copies of incoming and outgoing mails stored (if any) will be deleted permanently from our application. We do not delete any mails from your original gmail account.
In addition, Service Provider will not send you email that you have not agreed to receive. We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new Service Provider products and services. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive mailings from other reputable, third-party companies.
If you choose to purchase something online, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related product and services, but will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose.
Kit19 provides various integrations to thirty party APIs and resources and services (collectively referred to as resources) to provide you a unified platform for business functions. Most of these resources are available to users through their user accounts with the third party vendor and the use of these resources is subject to your agreeing and abiding by the Terms of the respective service provider. As such, Kit19 has no control over the performance and activation or deactivation of these resources whether caused by your actions or otherwise. Kit19 specifically disclaims any responsibility of the performance or continuity of these resources and the user must deal with the third party vendors at his own capacity
Additional Information access through Mobile application
Kit19 provides Kit19 app as a free app for subscribers. This SERVICE is provided by Kit19 at no cost to the web subscribers of Kit19 and is intended for use as is. You may find and our app on Google playstore here and on app store here
For Mobile applications, we require certain additional permissions for the app to work properly. In absence of these permissions, the app's functionality will be limited. These permissions include the permission to access Camera, Microphone device (both wired and wireless), device storage, call logs, SMS and Email and device location. Additionally, the app collects and stores images, documents and files that you upload for anytime, anywhere access. When you choose to allow it, our mobile applications have access to the camera, microphone, call history, contact information, photo library, files and other information stored on your mobile device. Our applications require such access to provide their services properly. These files and assets are not shared or used anywhere other than their required purpose.
If you/your company is using our mobile application for call management,
we require the permissions to access your call logs. This permission is
based on your consent and can be turned on/off from the app by toggling the
"Call log and Phone" value from Menu >
> Settings > Profile page > Privacy Settings tab. Your call log is accessed only when this
value is turned on. We don't access your call log once you turn this value off.
When you choose to provide access, call information is also collected for purposes including, but not limited to, showing you a pop up of the lead calling you and capturing the call end time only for the calls attempted from sim call by clicking on our mobile application's click to call feature. You may disable the mobile applications' access to this information at any time by editing the settings on your mobile device. The call log data stored on your mobile device to which the mobile application have access will be used in the context of the mobile application, and will only be used to display the captured information in the mobile application. Only if you explicitly save this information in our application, the data shall be transferred to and associated with your account in the corresponding services (in which case the data will be stored on our servers) or products (in which case the data will remain with you unless you share it with us)
If you/your company is using our mobile applications for field force management, we require the permissions to access your device location. This permission is based on your consent and can be turned on/off from the app by toggling the "On-field" value from Menu > Settings. Your location is tracked in foreground and background when this value is turned on. We don't access your location once you turn this value off. When you choose to provide access, location-based information is also collected for purposes including, but not limited to, locating nearby contacts or setting location-based reminders. This information will be exclusively shared with our mapping providers and will be used only for mapping user locations. You may disable the mobile applications' access to this information at any time by editing the settings on your mobile device. The data stored on your mobile device and their location information to which the mobile applications have access will be used in the context of the mobile application, and transferred to and associated with your account in the corresponding services (in which case the data will be stored on our servers) or products (in which case the data will remain with you unless you share it with us)

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
